Shopify catalog audit
Enter a Shopify store address or add your Shopify product export. label.csv lists the products with empty fields, values written more than one way, duplicate titles and SKUs, and price errors. Download the report, or a Shopify import file that applies the fixes you choose.
Step 1: Add the catalog
Step 2: Read the report
Check product types with AI
The model reads each product's title, vendor, tags and description and picks the best fit among the store's most used product types, or other. Products whose type differs from the pick are flagged, and products with no type get a suggested one. Each product counts as 1 row of your run limit.

Step 3: Choose the fixes and download
Values written more than one way
Each selected row changes every spelling in it to the value in Change to.
Product types from the AI check
Select the products whose type should change to the AI type. None are selected at first.
The import file holds only the products your fixes change, one row per variant, with the columns URL handle, Title, Vendor, Type, Tags and the option names and values. Shopify keeps its current value for every column the file leaves out, so prices and stock do not change. How to import the file into Shopify
What the audit checks
| Check | How |
|---|---|
| No product type, no tags, no description, no image | Fields the product leaves empty |
| Type, vendor or tag written more than one way | "Red Wine", "red wine" and "Red Wines" count as one value written 3 ways. The fix changes them to the spelling most products use, or one you pick. |
| Product type may not fit (AI) | Optional. The model reads each product's title, vendor, tags and description and picks the best fit among the store's most used types. |
| Description under 100 characters | Counted on the text, without HTML tags |
| Image with no alt text | Shopify export file only: the public product list has no alt text |
| Same title, or a SKU used twice | Titles compared without case, accents or punctuation; SKUs compared across all variants |
| Price errors | A variant priced at 0, or a compare-at price that is not above the price |
