These terms apply when you use label.csv, which is run by Guido Cattabianchi. By using the site you agree to them.
The service
label.csv is free. It answers up to 500 rows per run, and each IP address can send up to 40 requests a minute. These limits can change, and the service can change or stop at any time.
Answers can be wrong
A model writes every answer. Answers can be wrong even when the confidence is high. Check the answers before you rely on them for any decision.
Your data
You must have the right to process the data you run. You keep all rights to your data and to the answers label.csv returns. Do not run health records, payment card or bank numbers, government ID numbers or passwords.
What you may not do

No warranty
label.csv is provided as is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, Guido Cattabianchi is not liable for any loss that comes from using label.csv or its answers.
Other services
Your rows go to OpenRouter and to TypeSafe's model Jev. Their own terms also apply to that processing. label.csv is not affiliated with TypeSafe or OpenRouter.
Law
California law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in California.
